• The English Language Training Centre
This is a software programme full of learning material that enables both undergraduate and postgraduate students get the maximum learning from their lectures and seminars conducted in English. It focuses on spoken and listening skills and comprehension. Briefly, it contains a variety of business English material especially written by the British Broadcasting Corporation from beginner level to advanced. It also contains a dissertation writing programme, a grammar support centre, and a pronunciation centre. There are also optional modules in the commercial and technical fields as well as in the customer service industries such as travel and tourism and hotel and catering management.

• Self-access Learning with Tutor Support.
These learners will have a tutor-supported business English programme. The learners will have the CD-Rom disks for their level. Weekly assignments are submitted to the tutor by e-mail which are then marked and graded

• On–Site Native English Teacher.
This part-time or full-time in-house tutor will fulfill a variety of roles such as support for the ELTC business English programmes, classroom sessions, general documentation support and personal coaching

• Dissertation Writing Course
There is a 10 week courses with full tutor support. Weekly assignments are submitted to the tutor by e-mail which are then marked and graded to ensure that the competence standards are achieved.

• E-mail Writing Course
Weekly tutor support for 10 corrected course study units and 10 corrected and graded assignments. The units and assignments are sent by e-mail in the same week.

•Pronunciation Course
2 X 12 hour courses in pronunciation skills. Classes are split into 2 hour face to face sessions. The material used is a workbook specifically written for pronunciation problems faced by Asian learners. The Asia version of the pronunciation CD-ROM is also given for self-study

• TOEIC - Preparation and Practice
This is a 12 hour course looking at the most effective tools and techniques to achieve the best possible score in the TOEIC test. Classes are split into 6 X 2 hour face to face sessions.

• Travel and Tourism
These learners will have a tutor-supported Travel and Tourism programme. The learners will have two CD-Rom disks and each CD-ROM takes 10 weeks to complete. The learner will complete five assignments every two weeks and a final test.

• Hotel and Catering
These learners will have a tutor-supported Hotel and Catering programme. The learners will have two CD-Rom disks and each CD-ROM takes 10 weeks to complete. The learner will complete five assignments every two weeks and a final test

• Education - Schools
The schools programme will comply with all the curriculum requirements laid down by the Ministry of Education and the governing bodies of the independent schools
